can you try this?
its working here, but i dont get it:
your image sequence gos from "test_000
50.jpg" to "test_000
59.jpg"
yet, you set your movie start to 50 and your movie end to 100.
how do i make my own image sequence work?
I don't think that's related with ranges. I have simulated same paths without any problem. It's working. What's the full path text for folder? Is it very long?
It can be related with character coding. Do you have any chars non-english?

OH MAN!!!!
im working for a german studio with a "ü" in the name, so my main project folder was called like this. the octane image-texture does not like this. removing the "ü" got everything working. as the standard c4d-tex the "Ü" was ok.
all fine here!
thank you for your SUPER HYPER fast support!

I have my workspace set up pretty normal... default workspace, LV on left, C4D viewport on right. If I navigate an octane camera in C4D's viewport, there will be a big delay in when the LV picks up the change in camera positioning. Yet, If I navigate in the LV, I do not have such a problem and both LV and C4D's viewport sync up perfectly. I have a pretty simple scene, not a ton of geo, one material.

Is it possible to capture a video to show it? Thanks.
I attempted to replicate this problem last night but wasn't seeing the same issue. Honestly, it may have been an issue of my display card not getting the proper priority, I think somewhere along the line of upgrading to Windows10, latest Nvidia Drivers, and Octane 2.24.0, either the OS or Octane changed which cards received my "low" priority. Fixed the priority allocation and now everything is running as expected.
I'll capture a video if it does happen again.

HI, I got confused with this latest download. I remember getting an installer before, but this time there is no installer in the zip file. Just 3 folders (res, manual, libs64) and 4 .cdl64 files for R-13-16.
How do you intall this on R17?
Also, the README says: "
First remove all octane related stuff from plugins and main folder of Cinema4D."
But I think it should state what Octane files are in the Cinema4D main folder. An accidental delete there could render the app unusable.
Thanks

Which download is it that are you mentioning? From this topic? I never put an installer in release topics else of official releases in Otoy's download sections.

Yes, I´m talking about the one in downloads section. Maybe this image explains my confusion a bit better

Ok. I don't setup this part. Shall be a mistake. But manually you can delete old c4dOctane directory and put this content to same place. That's simple. And remove unnecessary versions of plugin as described in "readme.txt".
I'm working for a official R17 version, atm you can try R16 version. I'm not sure how stable.
