Woot, very nice models, render and i like the idea very much.
Only one critic, the grass. Maybe you could expand the floor in the shadow area under the fence to cover.
Congratulations and cheers, mib

" Leukaemia's Diary "
Thru those pictures I wanted to show, that You re just a puppet in her hands. I was aiming for at least 30 seconds of emotional reflections from watcher. Thats always my goal.
TECHSTUFF:
( all things in this picture are mine )
Main 3D software - Autodesk Softimage 2011 SP1
5 lights - 271MB/881MB used - reached 4000 samples in 5 hrs - on multi GPU GTX295 - only last image is scaled down.
From things we could do I only added bloom with very high radius.
Ill break whole image on single renders on 13th of January , till then You need to watch 3in1

Here is my image. Its an simple kitchen.
Modelling with Cinema 4D, the Plant is from c4d-exchange.com.
Rendertime 40 minutes for 4000 samples, but after 15 minutes the DoF was a little bit grainy. So i clean my kitchen an octane render.
over 750000 tris, 324167 polygons.
@ trinity, how long time we have for the competition?
Edit: Ok, i find the enddate. Is the 14.01.2011.
Now i make another render.

Actually the competition has been extended for two more weeks (because of the new version coming out next week). It just hasn't been officially announced in this thread.
