Yes, I don't have wall displacement texture, only floor. Could you send it to me?

what???? how could i miss that??? ok!

you have probably 2 missing textures. both belong to the wall (displacement + bump)

i will send you via email in 7z

update. sent both textures for the wall to [email protected]

p.s. my gpu is already overclocked by default (factory overclock i guess). maybe i should lower the clock speed and the voltage?

I got the texture, will try again.

What you can try to do:
1) try 2.04 with overclocked gpu
2) try 2.10 without overclocking.

If you got freezes and driver resets GPU OC could very well be the culprit. I had issues myself with plugins and standalone when OC-ed too much.

my GPU is not overclocked by ME, it has factory overclock: ASUS GTX 780 STRIX 6GB OC edition

however thank you for your advice ;)

lowering the clock value of my GPU doesn't change anything.... it freezes as before but this time after 7 frames. yesterday it was after 68 frames

i always get this in error log:

CUDA error 999 on device 0: An unknown internal error occured.
- failed to deallocate device memory
CUDA error 999 on device 0: An unknown internal error occured.
- could not get memory info
CUDA error 999 on device 0: An unknown internal error occured.
- failed to unload module

just a guess:
have you tried modifying power options?
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/77 ... hange.html
go for high performance.
there is also a pci-express setting.
set everything NOT to throttle down.
little chance, but I would give it a try.
