Metal Support

Metal support means that Octane 4 runs on newer Macs with AMD GPU (new Mac Pro and iMac Pro)?
If this is true this will be a killer feature! :-)

I write again for the crash issue during ai denoise. Is it because of the beta?

I have crashes loading/rendering alembics, but I'm assuming that's v4 is just a beta, no?
Anyways would be nice to hear someone from Otoy..

Played a little bit with the test release, pretty stoked about it! Any chance of Octane in ZBrush in the near future? :)

but I had already installed version 3.08...
(still looking forward the integration of Luts in this version too)

Being able to try version 4 just as windows users was what I meant.
I guess we are too impatient ;) ...
But well it looks like a lot of improvements we could use are on the way...
Really looking forward !

I second that, a bridge between zb and Octane would be awesome
