Hey Aoktar,
are you implying it was set to anything else than 1? I don't remember touching that settings. But the "MultiCore" option in the "Other" tab was checked. Are those the same? I thought they were not.

Hey Aoktar,
are you implying it was set to anything else than 1? I don't remember touching that settings. But the "MultiCore" option in the "Other" tab was checked. Are those the same? I thought they were not.
more than 1 that means multicore for shaders. If you are notify it's under c4dshader tab. That's only reason as i can see to make crash on your scene.
Other is for LV image processing.

Is anyone else having issues with bad freezing when copying or overwriting materials in the material manager? I copied a material using ctrl+drag and had to wait 3 minutes for it to respond again. Then I used Alt+Drag to overwrite a different material with the new copied material and freeze again. When I pulled the material from my custom library in the content lib it froze as well. And now when just clicking the said material it's freezing. It may be network related on my end, so I'm just inquiring if anyone else is having issues.

I haven't really looked into the Particle Engine before, is it still available? I can't see the option to enable it anywhere anymore?

Hi Matt, if you put an octane object tag onto an xp emitter, you can enable particle rendering (in the tag's settings). Drag some geometry inside the box under the enable dropdown box, and you are set.

after updating to version 2.25-R3, I've felt that while previewing in LV if I click anywhere it stops rendering, even while changing the Bloom the preview just restarts.
I dont' know is it just me or its suppose to be like this. its quite irritating that you wait for the render and it restarts.

I suppose there is no different about update detections. It's expected for some complex scenes restart of LV render after first clicks. It's mostly about C4D's problems on unnecessarily dirty flag updates on some objects, ex. some effector with cloners, etc... So that's not my problem or solution is not depended to plugins. It will not restart again after a few clicks.

Yes appearently. We discussed where it's gone. See render settings.
