can you give us a timeframe for the Revit plug in launch?
This thread's probably not the best place to ask/look.

We're planning to broaden the beta to cover all US users in about 6-8 weeks, EU by the end of the year, with pricing still along the lines we announced before. There will be a more formal announcement at SIGGRAPH this month, coinciding with some new Octane features that we've been waiting on before pushing the cloud service out widely.
Thanks for the info, I am sure many of us are thanking all the same ,right now.
Please send me the link where the"old or new" pricing mentioned is discussed , missed that.
unless it is this one : $1/GPU hour, with 4-128 GPUs
Will the plugins , like the Max one be covered ?
In the vídeo demo it is, Hope everything runs smoothly.

I really hope those features will be displacement/tessellation and full motion blur, which make Octane currently unusable for most (of my) animations.

Around 3:20pm today, Jules Urbach (Otoy's CEO) will be giving a 30 min presentation at booth 803. This is in reference to Brigade, though there is a chance that something will be said regarding Octane:
In conjunction with this announcement, OTOY Inc.’s Founder and CEO Jules Urbach will be hosting a thirty minute presentation at SIGGRAPH 2013 in Anaheim, California. Reporters and attendees are invited to attend, the presentation called “The Convergence of Cinema and Games: From Performance Capture to Final Render,” on Wednesday, July 24th at 3:20 pm at the Anaheim Convention Center, in the NVIDIA Visual Computing Theater, Booth #803.

I suppose its a matter of funding but Octane could get a little more publicity I think.
If you look over the list of presentations plenty of references to other products but I don't think Octane is mentioned by name anywhere...
If Autodesk are sort of at the back of Otoy they could do more to wave the marketing flag surely.
