Because not always I need to see the rendering. But opening the render from a button will be great in terms of screen space.

About your scene. Seem it happens because you have mirrored planes.

hi karba, thank you for your comment, i been put show standar map in viewport but is the same result, just don't appear the image in the viewport 3ds max , just in viewport octanerender, just i see a green color

Sorry, just tried, For some reason it doesn't work with 2011. I will fix it after holydays.

Crash Report:

Revit model exported to 3ds Max Design 2012 64 bit.

Added some Octane materials - added Octane camera - right click - set view to camera. Total crash of 3ds Max design with option of saving a recovery file.

Recovery file opens to the point where the 3d view orientates to camera and crashes. Tried this on two separate models same results both times.

Win 7 64 bit
16GIG Ram
GTX460 Video Card

A couple of quick questions as well.

Is it likely that Live DB will be added to the plugin for 3ds Max?

Once one has created materials in a scene are they able to be saved to be reused on another scene?

Tested again using a standard primitive simple box. No Materials added.

2nd Further Info:

Not sure if it is relevant, but I am running dual monitors extended screen
Graphics Driver Version 285.62

I urgently need to save my renders at 32 bit in exr format!!!!

Saving now the render is flat.
