Should I delete the 2.24.2.51 and 3.0.20.65 folders before I re-install?
It shouldn't matter either way - the Rhino RHI installer should handle the entire installation process, and it's rare issues like this arise, so not something I have a lot of experience with. It appears in your case the installer is not functioning correctly - so perhaps deleting those folders first might help. You could also delete the 3.2.0.66 folder, since you are trying to install a later version of the plugin.

I have updated the installers at the top of this thread with:
3.5.3.77
- Compiled with Octane 3.05.3
- The Viewport Zoom combobox setting is retained when re-opening the Viewport within a given Rhino session
3.5.0.76
- Compiled with Octane 3.05
- Added "Weld Vertices" option to Live Geometry Update Mesh items. Enable this if using Round Edges in an Octane Override for that mesh item. There seems to be a 10%-20% performance hit when loading meshes into Octane with the Weld Vertices option enabled.
- Exporting Bongo animations to OCS/ORBX now also exports the Octane camera FOV and Aperture in the .ABC contained in the exported file (so these pins will now be animated when opening the exported file in Octane Standalone)

I think this issue is related to the problem with the NodeGraph material thumbnails not updating. This may be fixed in the next release. I have provided a link to the pre-release of the subscription/VR version of the next release - can you pls see if this resolves your issue?

Hi Paul,
for now this version seems to be ok!!!
Only one request...is it possible to maintain the material preview in nodegraph? As u can see on the left I'm on MATERIAL OUT. MATERIAL OUT maintain material preview. On the right I'm on GLOSSY MATERIAL. In this window I have to turn on material preview every time I come back in GLOSSY MATERIAL
Thanx a lot
fabrizio

HI Fabrizio - the only way to do this is to keep the Material Out node selected and edit the Glossy material node inside that node in the right hand panel.

Which version of the plugin was this with pls? What steps had you taken prior to getting this error (was it a new nodegraph material, or editing an existing nodegraph material)?
