I do exactly that "atnreg"

i only use stable version (even if is always in progress) i m only with the officiale update even if i use some daily update sometime

i m in production, i dont want play a game with my clients

"BorisGoreta", i read your post and i m not agree with the fact "we destroy some pin because we want speed render"
It s not professionnal...
personnaly i prefer stable version and constant results. Octane rocks for speed (yes i know, not really for big scene assets, but what render engine are quick in this cases)

i think it s a way and their choices, but i think, if at each evolution, i must wonder "how i can delivery the same result to my customers" that s not convince me, there are enought troubles around to think about this one at each prod.

but it s only my thoughs

Oh, ok, sorry, I didn't mean to be nasty, my point actually was that Juanjo is doing what he can (and beyond) but if the Octane developers make bad decisions, even he can't help.

Juanjo, do you have any estimate when the Mirror Tile version will be available? I'm waiting eagerly :mrgreen:

Here you have a custom build with this feature for LW 11.6 Windows x64 ;)

You only need to replace the .p plugin file.

I have IPR running, while it is running I add Octane light which defaults to quad, in IPR there is no effect, the light does not emitt, but if I change light type to quad then it starts emitting. All this is without scene reloading.

It would be great if the quad light would start emitting, as I recall I had to reload the scene for lights ro kick in but now I see that in this case it is not neccessary.

I have noticed that lately resizing IPR window takes a very long time until it starts rendering again.

When in clay rendering mode and toggling Half Res button, IPR renders as clay rendering mode is disabled (normal mode).
