The Gigant consists of 4 Radiators, connected by top and base plate (there's channels in these delrine plates). On top of the channels is some sort of mat and then a metal plate, screwd down .. the radiator ends (start and end tube) are stuck through the metal and mat to reach the channels. They apparently do that with some pressure whatever technique to gain proper watertightness. I seem to have a defect in one mattress and water drops come out there. They have to fix that. Overall build quality seems good to me .. apart from quite a few bent radiator fins (they bend very, very easily, as they're quite thin). I don't care about that, though ... it doesn't harm its extreme effectiveness.

Personally I'm kinda skeptical 'bout these, preffer as simple as possible route, but who knows maybe Your ides will change a thing or two =) so looking forward to hear from You on this topic!

The main reason for this is 30W per channel, ability to control 2xD5 pumps, even power them independently (via optional poweradjust), monitor and control flow, shutdown a computer when a pump fail, mount a real time clock to it, even watercool this crazy stuff. It's just insane.

My goal is to set RPM fans to 5V while water temp is around 25-30C, then rise it gradually while rendering, setting lets say 40C water temp limit for max rpms. I'll do some tests how d5 speed affect temps and do some optimization.
