all i see is what was there before. update mesh and mesh no... do i need to update the standalone? i dont think thats it but i updated the sdk and the lib 150 files. im working on c4d r15.

No need to update standalone. old version of plugin has that controls. Did you removed all Octane files from c4dOctane and main C4D dir. before copying?

ya so first i took out the old sdk into a temp folder. then i removed the old lib folder and put it into a temp folder. then put new sdk in and new lib 150 folder in. that was all i did. would the old lib 32 folder effect it in anyway should i remove that?

Hi Aoktar,

im working currently an on project where i use a lot of normalmaps. I try RC1 and this beta, both version have these problems.
But Octane seems to use only till 10 normalmaps at the same time. If more than 10 maps inside the scene octane cant render it! Can u fix this bug.

Didn`t check but, i`m sure it`s a texture limitation your gpu. Please don`t think everything is a bug

I have used only 22 textures - image textures. Thought Octane could handle 144 LDR RGBA textures.

Need to check sizes and vram consumption. But plugin has not any limitation on any aspect, just works as a bridge

The new mac test plugin for version 1.27 produce a message at C4D startup (R15 newest).
--> "can“t load the octane plugin binary"
