Bum mapping no there's none at the moment, I'm still working on this and the moment you should be to reproduce what I've done from here. or copy setting from screen dump! all info is there
Or go to the live database and take one of the SSS skin material and a make your own.

I will upload my settings in about 24 to 48 hours when I've had time to fine tune it.

After a bit more tweaking of my Diffuse Glossy, This is what I get with HSR as lighting source.
Dont know if I should add a little bit more glossy shine, as I like it but im striving for realism here.
Please let me know what your thoughts is on this.

Maybe it lighting source, but I don't use direct lighting are used textured Environment lighting as I've find it's a lot better for what I do
I rar up my render settings. Maybe that's may help you I don't know give it a go have a play
If you look in the picture from the new settings I've done the face is the only thing with the new settings .
The arms the chest etc have the old settings and you can see quite a difference

Well after a lot of experimentation. I still haven't got it quite right yet with the skin tones, but it's getting better day by day.
I came to the conclusion basically , every material has some sort of SSS
Were the amount of light reflects within the object.
So I started experimenting if you look at at their hair. This is a prime example
If you look it the front of the hair. It's a lot darker (On the second picture with the render with black hair)
Then the hair at the back of the head. This is because the light is more powerful at the back. And have use the same principles for the skin as I have for the hair.
I think it makes it look more realistic for the character.
I also photo shopped the genitals out of the model (Also, the nipples) so I wouldn't offend anybody.
So you could actually see the full model where there sunlight hits
