How does Octane receive the texture considering it's not static?

The plugin shows if a rendermap with name OctanMap in the exported mesh is present.
If a rendermap is present, the plugin will first render the rendermap, then export the mesh.
When the texture from the rendermap becomes ever the same name, Octane load ever the last rendered

With that you can combine many textures in one...

I am the one trying to get his 2 teslas working in tandom ( I know everyone should be so lucky as to have that kind of problem. I am grateful to be able to try and fix it.) If you want to try any tests on my system... let me know. I am not sure how to send you a message offline. But if that idea sounds intriguing please let me know.
Otherwise keep up the amazing work. By far the most "wow" factor on the forum

Ups, i think i have missunderstand you

Maybe you can use the commandpromt and start Octane with that.
The syntax for the GPU´s is -g 0 -g 1 -g 2...
"-g 0 -g 1" select device 0&1
"-g 0 -g 1 -g 2" select device 0, 1, 2
To test, you can use the commandline
-n "xxxxx" = new project and the filename
-m "xxxx" = meshname in Octane
-l "xxxxx" = Link the meshname with this file
Octane.exe -n "G:\Octane\Project\test.ocs" -m test.obj -l "G:\Octane\Project\test.obj" -g 0 -g 1 -g 2
