Thanks, sounds great.

The quickest way to switch between versions for testing is to re-run the appropriate installers. It is quicker and more reliable than switch folder around.

I have all my Modo content shared thru Dropbox, easier to maintain and update, is it something that can cause problems for the plugin? It's only one computer that does all the installations?

I have refreshed the installers at the top of this thread with:

3.0.10.103 (1-May-2016)
- Fixed crash occurring when adding on Octane Override in Modo10.0v1

That should be fine. It is worth deleting your modo*.cfg files regularly in order to ensure modo picks up the new fields added in new version of the plugin.

Paul with the future update and better support for motion blur correctly match Modo's own motion blur... would this include sub-frame motion blur as well?
Hi Dino - thanks for pointing me to your scene. I should have sub-frame motion blur working in the next release.

A quick note to say that there is a problem with adding Octane Overrides in the latest version (the material converts to a black diffuse Octane material). I will post a new version in the next 12 hours rectifying this issue.

I cant work with octane alpha, it crash a lot !! If the octane preview is open and I create materials, delete materials, move meshs, import textures, always crash randomly !! almost with all scenes that I test ! With octane preview closed is ok.  :|

I have refreshed the installers at the top of this thread with:

3.0.10.104
- Fixed issue where adding an Octane Override in Modo10 was converting the Modo material incorrectly (introduced in 3.0.10.105)
- Changing shader tree Non-Octane channel modifiers and inputs now live updates the material (or kernel, or environment) in the Octane Viewport. So for example, you can now plug an Area Light Intensity into an Octane Float node into the Octane Texture Emission Power of the material resulting from the Create Octane Emitter command
- Bool and Integer modo channels can now be plugged into Octane Integer and Boolean nodes (this was previously only possible with Float and Color channels).
- Added preliminary support for subframe motion blur
If the octane preview is open and I create materials, delete materials, move meshs, import textures, always crash randomly !
Can you pls try with the version just posted. Also, delete your Modo*.cfg file first.

I am getting a few reports of Octane crashes in 3.0.10, so I suggest reverting back to 3.0.6 if you experience this until the next release of Octane.

It's in the version I posted yesterday. There is not an exact match with Modo on your test scene, because you had the sphere position changing instantly - but it's closer....
