Sneak peek.
Render options will be available using Shift+Ctl+R to access the menu options
To render in Octane simply Ctl+R
For Animation you have to set in render option and if you do not select image sequence, the plugin will automatically prompt you for codec and create your movie instead of image sequence you could further edit.

Is the Octane for Daz Studio plugin a different plugin from this one? Are there two DAZ Studio plugins in development? Thanks.

i may answer this:

this thing that Tugpsx is developing and maintaining is an exporter.
you will just need the standalone to render, but whatever you do, it'll need to be exported to it.
on the other hand it is free of cost, and a great help already getting things from daz studio to octane.

my thing is an integrated plugin. it works interactively within daz studio, and doesn't need to export things.
got his own (live) viewport, uses current cameras, has dedicated materials- and nodegraph-editors and so on.
if you look at the screenshots and videos in the announcement post, it'll give you some idea about what this means.
of course most of all a faster workflow, and indepth control.
and it is not free of cost ;)
