C4D 2023
Yes looks like it's forgotten to be implemented.

Thanks for trying, so so weird! I just reset prefs but same issue (testing with that project I sent), any other ideas?
Sorry I thought I attached that bug report! Was late. Find attached now (is this the right one?)
I found that I'm copying all nodes. It's happening when I just copy scatter with child object. Probably missing node and connection to effector slot that's causing a problem. I will check more....
EDIT: It's a weakness in the related function. There is an instant case during copy/paste operation with linked effectors. Somehow it gets the effector link even it's not in scene and crashing. Now fixed by adding some extra controls for avoiding the null case.
Nice catch! I didnt test that. Yeh opening that project I sent I dont even need to copy and paste, simply deleting the random effector causes the same instant crash.
No rush, but when do you think that fixed version might be available?
Thankyou for all your wonderful help.

One quick follow up, it also looks like we can not add custom AOVs to Standard Surface materials... is this not yet implemented or is this a limitation of Standard Surfaces?

Thanks for the quick update Aoktar! it's looking very nice
I've noted that the Standard surface is not in the Right-click in the viewport menu
It is also missing from the Composite Material

Standard material is completely different for of material and not a part of Octane materials. Missing things are not these, creation from menu of nodes. And a submaterial form for standard material to use with composite materials.
ALSO:
- AOVs support is not yet available for it, you can use Custom AOVs for that.
- Disabling the channels are a bit tricky because not clear what to do when we disable the any sections. I'll take a look and make some decision about it.

It's not plugin related if it's really a problem. But not sure that's a bug or so. It may be due to nature of the nodes and maybe nothing to avoid it without your tricks. Sometimes math is hard to understand.

definitely something wrong because it looks fine with this :
But bump power is still to strong compared to box projection.
EDIT :
Bump power looks good if no transform node is used but scalling it by C4D :
