Man stop crying like a baby. I would love to dive into new features with Octane as well, but it obviously
takes time to prepare everything.
I'm sure your ,,projects'' can wait and they are not depending on the new Scene Nodes etc.

Maybe someone is using one of the other features, Toon Rig. Anyways, I don't think it is unreasonable to ask. I am not sure why that bothers you.

So, no more v4 for R23?! That's really sad, man. I am a user of Octane since its beta, there were different times, different difficulties - we discussed problems and their solutions, now you are discontinuing support for R4 ... This is bad news for me, since for me personally OCTANE updates are not critical I could continue to use the version of R4 but you deprive me of this opportunity

Well things moved on and changed sooo much... i don't think after all this time. its unreasonable for them to move development resources onward.
the subscription is cheap enough.. to stay up to date now..

Can you please tell me if I can get a discount on a yearly subscription for a dual GPU station only? Right now I only see a subscription for 199 euros

No more 23,24,25,... with V4. We have a lot of old versions(3,4,2018,2019,2020) surely and cannot keep them updated while trying to develop new versions. There are several technical and non-practical reasons for that. It's practically impossible, I cannot spend my sources to fix/keep old versions that can work for the next C4D versions. Also, there are compatibility issues that come with every new upgrade that makes old software cannot work with new hardware/software.
