the model is from the net, but I love the octane emmiters and thier behaviour ( falloffs ), thats why I was testing it. theres no texturing here. Maybe Ill improve it thru weekend till 31th
Hey kubo this wasnt " this idea" , but after the competition I think Im gonna make the creepy " red riding hood "
and here is the output res. If You want to look. all renders where in this state after 3 minutes. still not 100% clean but Im like impatient.

it's plain beautiful, octane really makes rendering so much fun. Also I think that the competition is going to run for at least another 2 weeks, you could try to squezze the redhood there in time. I would love to see it.

ok so... I really need to get myself together .... only one day left

,as always huge radious bloom and color correction...
Watch it on the dark background ... the white is ruin it :(the head is still to big and theres a lot of bugs. It will change very slightly.... with textures mostly..

you've outdone yourself, again! wow, moody, scary, creepy, all at once, and beautiful on top of it, even the noise of not being totally solved gives the impression of camera film. I'm speachless mate!

thanks

Im glad You like it.. ...it was a looong run

but im very upset about that cuda 3.2.... it gave me sooo much problems with 295 . My god!! I was biting my walls.. ...I couldn't manage to rollback with older drivers and cuda... ...and I couldnt render beyond 2048X2048

always crash...
even if the whole scene was 336mb/800 of gpu vram.
the scene is rendered in the newest version of octane. ...its 4 light emmiters... ...head texture is made inside octane from fractal ( to save memory ). and hit 800 samples, after about 2hrs in 2048X2048 / pathtracing as always
post: in the hierarchy
( contrast/brightnes , color correction, bloom, color correction, contrast/brightnes )
tommorow Ill post screens from octane... ...becouse I have enough for today.
and with particles
