I did try that before posting and OVP did not update as it did before. So something is different. I did notice that when you switch to modeler room from main that the OVP updated on the previous, it also worked for "Jump In". Some thing was triggering a change and the OVP would update. I guess its ok because some may not want that to happen. I do like the ability to work on the model and then return to the main room to see the results.
Ok, that is odd. The whole behavior thing you describe is astonishing to me. I checked and the events that are necessary to switch the scene when you change rooms or jump in/out just don't happen for me. Do you remember which version you were using when it did work?
As far as modelling, the ORVP is updating for me in both the vertex and spline editor. This is going to be another 'issue' that will have to wait a bit.

Since it is the Psp project it would have to be recent, so I'd say the last 2 or 3 versions ago maybe 47/48.

That was quick! Are you back on the fixes again now? I'm on Carrara very day. Atm I'm modelling/set building but still looking for Octane issues during this Beta test.

Yes, I'm currently working on duplicates as instances. Very impressive results so far. I can load scenes but I have broken real time updating. Once I have sorted that out I'll release a test version. Hopefully, before the weekend but it is going to be a busy week for me so no promises.

That's most reassuring. Thanks for doing this one first.

yes works well for me too
can pause big renders which was giving me issues before and yes the live DB shaders save nicely off stuff after applying, I have been trying to figure out best way to combine bits of carrara ones and them and having saved ones best way to do it.
Carrara trees only thing that continues to give me issues mostly as they use too much RAM full detail mesh rather than Octane not handling them.
