the 0.4.9-R14 crashes immediately when i try to start c4d. i deleted all old octane related files, any idea what to do?

This version use last sdk and looks to libs32/libs64 folder.
Some steps to check:

if you have copied octane.dll, octane.dat, new.c4d files under C4D Main folder remove these.
If still has problem start without c4doctane and remove Octane windows from saved layout.

Remove other plugins only for testing, after put back.

Last one is delete oct.dat from c4d user preferences folder.

Try with english version of c4d

i have all done beside the octane.dat from prefs, will check that later,

.49 seems to be working very well. First stable release in a while. Thanks! Only one crash yesterday. That's fantastic. Keep it up man!

There are materials issues that really need to be addressed. I'm sure you're aware of them, but this version is nice!

Yeah thanks man,
Next update will be on crashes and stability issuse which is reported. We are starting next phase after this updates.
Biggest thing will be a node editor for materials

Weird. Crash again. Just creating a Diffuse material. Odd. Why did I say anything?!
