You know Wilt, this is a really interesting piece - you have nailed the SSS to such an extent that it looks alive. The form of the girl, however, is sufficiently inhuman that she looks creepy - I think you've hit the uncanny valley here.
Which is in fact a sign that it's close to perfect.....
It's kind of wierd for me because I don't usually get the uncanny valley creepiness sensation but this time I do. I think it's the ears. ;->

I have been with TonySculptor's version of SSS, but I get a deep red color over it
From the description and the screencaps it looks like he is attaching the color map to the transmission channels. But I am missing something. There is one mix value which was set to 0 and increasing that removes the redness but the skin looks flat.
Was there anything else you did? Or did I miss some nodes?
The image you posted with this shader looks greatk, so I wonder where I went wrong

So I'm contemplating getting zbrush. I do want something to model in anyway, but hows that fiber room work with Poser/Octane? Do you pose in Poser, export to ZBrush, Fibermesh, then export to Poser? The Fibermesh stuff in ZBrush looks really cool but I don't want to spend $800 on something that won't work.

Its quite simple, You export with goZ, then paint the object, apply fibermesh and finetune to your liking, then you have two choises you can export the fibermesh back to poser by clicking on the goZ button in Zbrush, and it loads it as a body prop, they dont come out that well for me this way so I just export the fiber mesh as a obj and then import it back into poser. it is a DO-LAST kind of thing, as it is a Object that was sculpted around the posed character and any poses afterwards will not have it conforing to the new pose. Zbrush also has a similar feature, my bro uses it, and its free. Zbrush is just way easy

Looks great, Witpapier.
We now just need to find a way, to exclude the brows.
Theses days (if time allows me) I'm fiddling around with masks for the brows, to try to exclude them from the rest of the skin material.
