Hey, beautiful work on this Chris! Augustos model as well. Seeing your thread on cgtalk is what introduced me to Octane in the first place; without that I probably wouldn't of known for a long time. So thanks. Wish I could be in a usergroup but I live up in Maine atm haha. I'm also looking forward to self-illumination/mesh emitters, but that should also be out in the 2.3 version. Goodluck

It's a top-notch combination. Great model and great texture/ lighting.
Love it.
Uh...actually, the only tiny little thing that bothers me, which could be just personal preference,
is that the skin tone looks bit over blue-grayish. I know under the shade or with bluish lighting
the skin tone would tend to have bit of blue hue, but this looks more like a toy paint of skin.
If that's what it is intended to be.

i am finally done with it ..
i would not post the pictures here out of respect for the fine peoples at refractive software as i did not render the final images in octane
you can see them in my cgportfolio :

and no !! i ma not ditching octane
just waiting for a couple more features
at least a transparent floor that catch shadow and and reflection

and light casting material
