I just tried it out and I can not reproduce it, too.
Tried it with 1, 2, and more high res./low res. props, with and w/out ground plane .. all with the default (Poser -> OR Plug-in) converted materials.
It works fine here (PP2014).
My default render target is PT Kernel with and HDRI Environment.

OK - found it. it's that annoying DSON plugin again.
deinstalled and reinstalled it and now the plugin works with props only.
must be some conflicts on the install process maybe ?
Oh - and a Happy New Year!

There are a lot of python scripts that no longer work with the plugin installed... but one gets use to it after a while and swears alot.

That's great Paul, but I suspect you'll spend a lot of time fixing things for other python writers bad/different code... I doubt "Netherworks Studios" and "Semidieu - Shaderworks" allowed for the complexity of Octane for Poser Plugin when they created their respective python tools.
I can try to show you the errors, but will it become a them and us type battle over who's code is the problem.
I have just resigned to the fact I prefer Octane to work! The others will have to wait.

Poser python addins should not interfere with each other. I you send me the python exception reports, I can take a closer look.

I will as soon as I get a chance to load them correctly again for Poser 11 and different install drive... and when I get out of this DAZ Studio thingy.

I have new added the Mac OSX installer to the top of this thread. The Node Info panel for Mesh items in the Material tree looks like a mess - and I have reported this to Smith Micro (since it's an issue with wx.python).

No Daylight to rotate anymore...
Attached is a a screen capture showing Octane set to daylight environment but no daylight option in Poser to rotate and change...
Have I buggered this thing up somehow?
