Hmmm. Unless I missed it, you failed to mention what version of TGX this is. Thanks.

We started with 1.0 since this is our first release product. 5.2.2 was always a beta Version, where we were still experimenting a lot with the shaders.

If you have 5.2.2. changes compared to the final release version are:

- Quick-settings for normal, glossy and most glossy skin appearences
- Dedicated installer
- Fix of "Can't find texture..." - errors when loading the shaders.
- Improved Iris materials (compare here: http://sta.sh/0lonsfzpszh)
- Improved finger- and toenail materials

We're already working on implementing new features into the shader with OctaneRender 2.0 being around the corner.

Hope this clears things up.

Cheers

Noel

That's really totally up to you :)
We're planning on including dedicated displacement mapping and micro bump mapping with TGX 2.0, a technique that has been generating quite some stirr in the industry.

What I can guarantee you though is that customers who purchased 1.0 will definitely get 2.0 at a discounted price.

I don't have an account to comment on Stash, but really cool work on the iris'!

Is Redspec v2 geared towards genesis/V6 only?
