You should correct the drop plate and "drop" it down, its too high, infinite lines doesnt match.

feels like it fills you from the inside out..

The octane logo fits nicely, the grass was made with c4d hair, the octane render does the rest, I used the physical sky and it took around 30 minutes cooking to get it totally clean, the max resolution was about 3000x2000

Loving the grass, have you got transmission hooked up?

Would be useful to insert rendertime in every render based on the GPU's ;)

Well i will put the renders that i think are good.

Modeled with blender 2.5.
Rendered in octane [The demo].
Rendered time for all of them would range around 1min to 9 min.
unfortunately i didn't take a snap shot of octane while in progress, but you can see the messy objs/mtls/images i have if that is alright. if it isent exepted then thats fine. im still new anyway. XD

My first entry into this competition.

At the moment I put a 2048x1024 rendered version for 25 minutes.
I will try to render it to 4K and more time, but every time I tried the system has crashed.
The scene contains about 1 million polygons and rendering to 2048 using 380Mb of my 895Mb card.

very nice work, that carnival scene is very tricky and difficult, and i think you've got an excellent result :)

Hi,

I like a lot the last one, even if a bit of transparency on the baloons would be welcome imho.

I'm too busy these days. I hope that I will be able to do something more until the end of the competition.

I have seen very nice things here since my last post ! :)
