I had a similar animation error, but it was because my paths were not configured properly. Turned out I deleted or renamed the folder after I started the render.

I hope the next fix resolves the final render button issues. I just let a render run not realizing the save button was disabled :( Unable to save and wasted time and engery. *sob sob*

Also, I thought if you loaded a scene that had OcDS data in it while the plugin was not enabled, saved it and opened later with OcDS enabled you were supposed to retain the OcDS data. I thought I read that...but does not work :(

Hi,

I am having an issue with the newset Built. Whenever I load clothes on my character it renders everything in white. When I check the material node I find that almost in all cases there is no diffuse node present. Is there a quick workaround to this without having to manuall add a RPG Node and connect it to the diffuse node.

Select the corresponding material in the middle coloumn of the plugin and select "Convert material..." --> "Auto-material"
If this didn't help, select them again "Textures for this material.." --> "Take and connect all maps"

Don't have the plug-in in front of me, so the terms may vary slightly.

I still have a simple (I think) feature request: A button to resize all textures in the texture tab. It would be a real time save for us who render smallish images on smaller cards, instead of having to click each individual texture. A "Default texture size" drop down in Preferences/texture settings would also work :)

I saw this request in the 1.2 forums, and there it would be pretty useful. With 2.x you could try using OOC memory. Have you tried that? Assuming you have left over system RAM, which usually is cheaper than VRAM.

Not to say this would be a useless feature for 2.x, but in the meantime :)

I know, I made the suggestion back then ;) :D
It takes me 5 minutes to go thrugh the list manually, so it's not really a huge issue, just a nice little time saver. I haven't experimented with OOC, isn't it terribly slow once you enable it and start using system memory?
I don't mind running with 1/4 textures. I'm doing small 1000-1500 px renders, so it really doesn't make sense to have 4K textures for stuff that'll end up 100 pixels tall in the image. I do have to think about it when I do closeups of items, but for normal scenes I can't see lower res textures being an issue.

I've taken a break from OCDS as I got extremely negative about everything, but I'll play with it some more, and hopefullly have something constructive to add in the future :)
