you can use Skylight simply click on Mesh Preview Environment node
Select daylight from the pop-menu and the joke is do it ...
look another picture ...
I so wonderfull change any parameter and fastly we can see the result.

Cool the new site is much better, and octane 1 final is getting closer.
Yet i dislike the new interface : it is too glossy, too vista
, looks less serious, the 1.00beta1 interface was better... 
but it is not the final version yet...

The first thing I thought of when I installed the new beta is Final Cut Pro. It looks a lot like the filter settings there. Or, Lightroom. Both very serious apps.Hawker wrote:Yet i dislike the new interface : it is too glossy, too vista
radiance, the new UI is beautiful. I think you can go back to focusing on functionality.

I´ve just seen the new features. Amazing improvements, I am pretty sure we´ll have an upgrade on the quality of the models. Thank you very much Radiance and all the Octane team! LET THE SUNSHINE IN!!!

Hello everybody, I am happy to be a member of Octane R. Society!
This application looks awesome, I can't wait to try it at home. I hope it will be easy to transfer my Rhino files to Octane...
Anyway, I will put an order soon for beta (as cheaper than final version, need to hurry
)
