It looks like situation is under control. Otoy added info on Subscription Details page "This subscription will be automatically extended to 2024-11-24 when the expiration date of the original subscription (2023-11-24) has been reached. This requires no action on your part, and will not incur a charge."

Was just about to ope support ticket because I noticed the same. SSmolak, where did you find this info?

I really have to say, the deal once again was an absolut banger, especially with GSG plus included again. Plus it was a nice addition to simply beeing able to extend the license. But man, PLEASE communicate such things and use the newsletter function to give proper advice. Otoy BF is always sweaty as fck while other offers just work and are plain simple to understand. xD

Go to your Otoy account page, payment details, Active Subscriptions - view detail

edit: i don't see any subs valid til 2024 either there.

hi guys, the append subscription will start the new subscription after your existing expires, you should be able to view this in your OTOY Account > Subscriptions > View Info.

hi could you send me a PM with a screenshot of what you see in your subscription page ("view info")

29 days left on 24/11 before Black Friday.
372 days left on 24/11 after Black Friday renewal (29+365 = 394 days... not 372).
Cancel auto-renewal not possible on 24/11
Then 11 days left on 28/11
"One or more of your yearly subscriptions are about to renew" mail on 29/11.
Cancelation is now "scheduled"
9 days left today.

Ticket opened since 24/11… and still no reply after a week.
Cool...

EDIT 04/12: Just after taking the black friday offer I got "Your subscription cannot be altered at this time, please try again later.". So I tried later on tuesday and got "Cancellation scheduled"... and now one week later I discovered a full year (239,88€) payment for the same subscription ID in my invoices history. Youhouuuuu...

I have four hour to the new year but all not reedemed coupons are gone from my account Thanks that I had chance to only reedem Greyscalegorilla before. Anyway Happy New Year !
