Hi coilbook,
The 3dsmax Damper seems to have not much special.. I added a cylinder and a teapot to compare:
The UVs generated by 3dsMax might be a bit special (when using a MeshUV projection), but adding a UVW Map modifier allows to adjust things..
When using an Octane Box projection, the UVs are ignored, but I get similar effects as with the cylinder..
Try to add some light / color to better see what's going on, and let me know if you see some issue..
Thanks

When rendering itoo in legacy mode (for quick eval times) octane won't render itoo for the first frame but will frame 2,3.... etc It doesnt happen all the time. Strange bug
UPDATE:
Tyflow is the same way. Octane just doesn't render it the first frame if rendering was stopped and restarted.

Hi merid888,
Do you achieve the same result using Octane v2022?

Perhaps I need install the last v2022 to do a comparation ?
Please, let me know Paride4331

merid888,
Yes, it would be useful to compare the results using the two versions.
