Great job Ahmet. ty for your hard work!
XP SDK now exposes xptrail colors to 3rd party renderers. will this be implemented in octane?
cheers

Thank you for this release, Aoktar.
I have been, however, experiencing some issues with some particular cases: there is a shader that systematically crashes C4D every time I try to edit it in the node editor. I will PM you with a download link.
It may be helpfull.
Cheers,

AHMET , one big THANK YOU for your effort to making it very stable for my setups in R20.
Had some OpenGl issues with R19, but this is not octane related.
Anyhow, i have run into some tricky issues with Cryptomate in this update release.
Render setup:
Cyrptomate channels: CryptoMaterialNode, CryptoObjectPinName are checked
1) scene being rendered, eg frame 1-200
2) on frame 100, i stop rendering.
3) resume from frame 100 ...
4) Cryptmate channel CryptoMaterialNode is different from that point onwards.
this is complicated, cause in post i have to deal with reselecting the materials from that frame onwards.
is this supposed to happen ?

- Ok
It's not a Bug. You should know as an old user that you can't render spheres if you select "Render Perfect". Plugin deactivates this option when you start LV the spheres in scene.

You're welcome but are you talking about a specific scene? Sample scene would be appreciated, can't know what's happening without seeing.

You right. That is not a bug. I had forgotten it. No one renders without an LV preview. It's just inconvenient.....

Hi all!
Think that's a bug - Strange behavior with unchecked Cast Shadow feature in OctaneLight.
Picture looks overexposed with no matter of power strength is set to light source (2nd and 3rd sreenshots)
One more strange and not-like-in-a-real-life - OctaneLight gives a shadow even without luminocity? Please, look at the first (wide one) screenshot.
May be I'm wrong with something?
Thank you
P.S.: thanks for clean shadow pass with render layer. Finally
