Lock Camera has a problem:
When the Camera is locked, and i maximize the Camera View, Octane Viewport switches to an othogonal Top View!
This used to work better in previews releases.
What i really love is the fact, that we can render Orthogonal Views now !!!

I render ortho views with 1.9 and standard camera

in orthographic cameras, the standard does not work near clip depth !!!!!!
..................
Often when you start work - it means that something is lacking constantly (nice things and spoil the work) is a priority to adapt to the standard tasks and tools in 3d max

Every time jI try to set the focus in the octane render view, Max crashes.
Does any body else have this?

I know...

This was not the reason of my posting,
but the fact that
Lock Camera doesn´t work properly anymore...

you talking about orthogonal views, right? Yes here (max2014) focussing crashes max.
So you better use Max standard camera and set it to "orthogonal", like gabrielefx mentioned anbove.

I belive it was in perspective view And it kept going on all morning. but then I started a new scene and after that I wasnt able to reproduce it.
Anyway Thanks for the tip. I will keep it in mind till next time

I just found out, that Orthogonal Camera was introduced with v2.3...
Is there a reason why you prefer doing it with 1.9 and Standard Camera?

new camera handy - you need the camera to do instance - each group of cameras that would not have to configure each camera. = The only problem is that 3Dmax doesn't understand Octan camera in Perspective match
and physical camera as standard is crashing when combining images
