I would appreciate if the IPR zoom would zoom to the mouse pointer position ( the initial position before the CTR+ALT drag ). This way we could focus exactly on the thing we want to see better.

If anybody with Windows 8.1 have this problem with this last build, please let me know. The problem seems to be system dependent, perhaps related to work with several GPUs, or with embedded GPUs in laptops, or the drivers ... I am not sure. Also I know that the Hub can be a problem, so it is important to know if the Hub is enabled when the IPR is working.

I'm not seeing issues using the first RC of 2.2. But I did see them previously...can't say exactly which version...I think it was 2.16 and 2.2 before RC as well.
Windows 8.1
3 monitors
Nvidia drivers 350.12
Two Titan 6GB cards

Unfortunately I can confirm otherwise, my friend just tested 2.23.2.0 both with and without hub, both flicker

His system:
Intel Core i7 5960X 3.0 GHz Octa-Core, 32 GB 2133 MHz DDR4, 2 x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 4096 Mt SLI, Win 8.1 Pro 64-bit, LightWave 2015.2 with Octane plugin and monitor 30" at 2560x1600.
So he still hopes very much that this problem will be solved soon

Are the GPUs configured with the SLI enabled? This can be the source of the problem ... if you can, please test the plugin with the SLI disabled.

Hmm...good point but I think not and before the certain Windows updates it worked fine, I mean the first beta of the Win8 version of Octane plugin, then the Windows updates arrived and flickering started.
But I'll ask confirmation to that, thanks

Unfortunately he had SLI disabled already so that was not the reason.
So still hoping for solution even though it is hard if you cannot duplicate it on your system.
New info about it, maybe helps in solving: the blinking is now slow and not regular, the image disappears for about 1 second and about 5 times per minute and varies quite a lot. Number of polygons or objects does not affect it.
But we know you are doing your best to solve it so good luck and thank you again

So differences in our systems....I'm using LW 11.6.3 Win 64. Using Dual Xeon chipset. 3 Monitors..24" and two 19". Maybe that helps narrow things down....Did you mention the drivers your using? that could be a big part...

There is a new quickfix release 2.23.2.1 of the release candidate, with the next bugs fixed and new features:
* NEW FEATURES:
- New option in the render target to disable the LightWave compositing functions in the Octane rendered image.
- The online docs have been updated with the last features
* BUGS FIXED:
- Memory leak rendering sequences with the multipass MB and the reload scene for each pass enabled. Fixed.
- Broken Motion Blur in the final F9/F10 rendering in objects with both transformations and deformations at the same time. Fixed.
- Right clicking on projection input does not offer camera projection input. Fixed.
- The plugin doesn't save the PNG passes files if the render layers feature is enabled. Fixed.
- The instancers over particle emitters that have no particles at the beginning of the animation can't be updated in the IPR or rendered in update mode. Fixed.
- The camera mapping node can't be shared by two or more texture nodes. Fixed.
Please, update to this new release to see how it works now.
