You can render the material ID as color using the Infochannel Kernel. The Object Id is not valid in the Octane plugin, since all geometry it stored in a single mesh item when the plugin is loading the geometry into Octane. For alpha, tick the "Alpha Channel" pin in the Kernel node.

As what Paul said, you can explore these features;
1. at Kernel, choose infochannel
2. then Type, choose material ID etc.
3. Then render,
4. save image in PNG or EXR
5. open in photoshop.

May I suggest reading both the plugin and Octane manuals, since this is all covered there.
