So I'm here in the wee small hours thinking while rendering... yeah hard to do... that it would be good if under "Setup" we could select an Output folder for progressive save and have it 'sticky' default everytime we used or loaded Octane.
Time to go back to bed I think.

Good idea! I'll pop this in the next version.

I have updated the installers at the top of this thread. Pls download and reinstall if you want:
1.20.2.5
- Removed PROGRESSIVE_SAVE_OUTPUT_FOLDER from the OctaneDefaults.py and the last selected progressive save folder is stored in Config.xml
- Added V6 skin materials to the skin materials list in OctaneDefaults.py (IMPORTANT: you will need to rename your old OctaneDefaults.py file prior to run the installer in order for this change to be made)
- Added support for the new Otoy LiveDB category
- The Resolution Lock status is now saved to the pz3, so when you load a pz3 file, it will retain the Resolution Lock status it was saved with

Still would really like to see a "Render" queue. Tired of frame by frame, making sure I keyframe all figures before going to the next one. I'm sure it's not a big request, but would be nice to render a series of poser scene files. Thanks.
Randall.

The new sticky "Save progressive thing" isn't as sticky as I'd like. After a crash, it's gone and between stopping and starting poser it isn't there.

Hi Randall. This is quite a bit of work to implement, and there is a good possibility that Octane 1.5 will provide an alternate solution to the render queue. So I'm waiting until Octane 1.5 before proceeding with this.

Hi Deane. What were the details of the crash? Was it Octane, Poser, the plugin? If you start Poser, and the Progressive Save Folder has not been remembered, could you post or email me your config.xml and octaneplugin.log files (after you've started Poser and started the plugin but not rendered yet).

Hi Paul...
Started Poser...
Started the plugin...
Your standard default is displayed for Progressive saves...
Changed it to my default folder.. and saved.
Closed the plugin, closed Poser.
Restarted Poser, restarted the plugin.
Still displays your default folder and not mine.
Remind me again where I find the 'config.xml' file please.

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Poser Pro\10.
Thanks Deane.
