the daylight blue of 5 looks a bit too cyan for me.
4 is my favorite

I like 1 mostly due to the shadows. I feel the shadows on the others are too dark.
Maybe it's just no bounced light is coming in them. Can you do these tests with a wall on the left to show better shadows?

Can icelaglace implement clouds just like it was done in GTA icenhancer (TS 0:10 -> 0:20) ?

Instead of forcing people to choose can't some more options be added so its possible to customize a little? Sometimes a clear and strong blue sky is needed, sometimes something a bit on the softer side. I cant see the good thing with forcing just one single daylight system...

Exactly my thoughts.
Ability to alter the saturation of the sky separately would do wonders.
If you can already render all those variations, then there has to be a way to make those parameters public on the UI ?

But what will us all bring that if Octane would get slower?

Have anyone thought about the possibility to put a saturation and colour slider to the dayight system - and PLEASE a gamma slider!

That would give us the flexibility we all need!

Chris!

I can't see how user selectable sky would make make octane slower. Surely this is just some kind of gradient ramp that determines sky/environment colour. Whether chosen by the user or preset it should take the same time to render, no?

Every model contains a big piece of code. More code - more problems.
I will add some extra controls for day light instead.
