i've do it ...

I added to the registry these values

TdrDdiDelay = 600
TdrDelay = 600
TdrLevel = 3

but when i render the bigger than default resolution (1024*512) still crash my os(win7)...
os will not work anymore...

but i still love octane render , it's so cool!!

tdr level should be 0 not 3,
and make sure you place the keys in the right location,
read the post thoroughly...
