I am rendering now a seuqenze with 650 frames with bloom and glare effect. Randomly i get frames like this. This is very weird! Also using bloom / glare and using object id tag makes render manger crash like we had it with 0.72b. I mean the hung up problem! If you need further information skype me!

Kind regard Chris!
hi chris,
i have got some of this frames with errors in glare also with standalone, so i don't think that is plugin related
the glare-bloom is extremely sensible, maybe some little hole in the surrounding geometry or a white pixel in the hdri are causing this

Hey beppe. Thank you! Good to know, so Ahmet can point on the SDK developers this problem

. Strange. Really strange. Used this HDRI very often in combination with bloom/glare and never had this problem. geometry seems watertight too. Strange. But at least no big deal. Simpyl re redered the frames and after a quick rerender they loooked fine.
Thanks again and have a nice day everybody!
Kind regards Chris!

nice video, but i cant get this working here on mac.
it just locks the resolution of the live viewer window.
it is not taking the resolution/proportion of the render setting
if it's possible somehow it is too hidden / voodoo like.
i vote for a menu in the live viewer to set resolution and/or proportion.

there should be a menu in the live viewer to set a resolution / proportion.
I think there will be an update in short future. Don't know if this will be for Mac also but it includes direct work as it should on PC.
Thanks for that also @Ahmet.

I would love that, plus one!

Hi Ahmet,
thanks for your continuous hard work.
I really appreciate the quick memory leak fix and the better update algorithm!
I however unfortunately encountered a problem with the octane plugin.
I was working on a scene not related to octane with a lot of instanced particles and clones.
Once in a while C4D crashed. I noticed that it was the same crash behaviour then when I was running octane: C4D just froze with no message no backup file and I had to kill the process in the Task-Manager.
Then I decided to remove the Octane Plugin out of the C4D Plugins folder. And voila. No more crashes.
So I guess it had something to do with Octane.
I got crashes mostly when I turned on / off big junks of clones via the mograph Cloner Object.
It almost seems like that the plug is active even if you haven´t activated it!
Would appreciate it if you´d have a look at it!
p.s.
I hope the camera motion blur is still on your to do ist. I´m eagerly waiting for it!
Thanks and keep it up!

C4D Version:
C4D R14.042
Octane Version:
0.79
Unfortunately I do not have a Bug Report because C4D just freezes without Error!
Thanks for your quick response!
