You're not alone with the material preview black pixelation issue. Just so you know. R16.050 Studio.

That looks like a bug on our side. Could you please send me a scene with a material that renders incorrectly in the preview? Thanks.

With 3.0 releasing soon, will we have Deep Pixel support out of Octane for C4D on launch day?

In 3.00 alpha 8 I added a new release log flag
rdStart
which adds some additional logging during the startup of render threads. When Ahmet releases a new plugin based on alpha 8, it would be great if you could try to reproduce the problem with this log flag enabled and send me the files. Hopefully I will then see a bit clearer.

Hi, If volume with vdb are blended, some artefact appears. Is any chance how resolve it? Thanks.

Hi Aoktar,
For your information.
About the Octane Volume object and VDB import file. The import doesn't work if there is Extended ASCII characters in the path (under Windows 10 64bits).
By sample : "E:\Téléchargement\explosion.vdb" doesn't work but "E:\explosion.vdb" or "E:\Fichiers VDB\explosion.vdb" (with space) works fine.
I hope it'll be usefull.

Have you read standalone's release notes? Mentioned that there is a limit for aount of vdbs which can overlap.
Welcome to performance limitations of GPU development. I mean GPU not cpu. I hope makes some sense.
