not possible due algoritm. We are using c4d's some flags to detect updates. if you don't move object what will not trigger some flag. Some other method can't give so fast feedbacks

Hello aoktar,
1. i have some problems with the liveviewer output and the rendered output. It looks different and wont render what it shows on the LV.
I attached 2 images that show what i mean. The upper image shows the LV output and the lower shows the rendered output.
Once it does not shows emission objects (Interiour Image - the lamp and the green (fake)colorbleedemission object from the wall) and it seems to have problems with using a sunlight and a sphere with hdr for reflections (car image)?!
The settings from liveviewer are copied to post. I used the newest build on R13/ Win7. I just switched from c4d 1,13 to the newest one, but the problem appeared on older versions also.
Used Standalone Version

2. Also klicking on the button "graph", c4d crashes!
3. It still not recognizes all materials for a MIX mat. After delete all unused material the inserted mixmats are gone too.

Yes - if the GPU order in settings equals GPU order in live viewer then the percentage numbers is mixed. First number should be changed with second number.
Had always the feeling that the 'Use prority" is not corresponding to what is shown in live viewer. Now we know why.

mybe there is something wrong with the liveDB.
In C4D i cant see tony's new skin shader.....now i installed 1.5 Standalone and it show up correctly?

i don't know maybe need cache cleanup or may not exposed to plugins

how can i cleanup my cache in octane?
a little bit strange, u dont think so?

hi, the live-db is version dependent now, so we can't see the new materials added with v1.5 until we have a c4doctane build with the 1.5 sdk, i think

Hi, with this release I have some little OpenGl issues, for example: in the viewport I can't see the selected object contour, its axis and the absolute axis. An overall viewport performance reduction. If I remove c4dOctane plugin the problem disappears.
