hey ahmet! that is it. without motion blur the render time / frame is constant. thanks.
...but why is that anyways?
Propably stored data is becoming huge after some frames and may increases the data search time. I have discovered a problem on current version. It was storing unnecessarily more data on animation rendering.
Can you try with this new release?

ahmet, i tried the new build. the problem is still there even though it's slightly better than before.
over 150 frames, the render time per frame goes from 20s/frame to 2m06s /frame.
i hope this helps. let me know if you want me to try anything else. thanks for the effort.

Hi there,
I know I have asked this before. I think there was some Kind of Limitation. I ask again though.
Would it be possible to add movement handles to the live viewer when a picture is locked while bigger then the screen.
If you look at arnolds live viewer its very flexible as you can scale aswell zoom in and out the frame (for example to identify noise)
I think that (if possible) would be a very welcome addition to the live viewer.
Cheers,
Raphael

You can make pan the image by LMB when you use locked mode. Only missing thing is a zoom.

Ha ha thanks. I did not even try it. Shame on me.
Is there a way to add handles? Right now nothing indicates that this is possible. Although I have to admit left mouse button is pretty self explanatory... if you try XD

It helps more if you send me a scene. Possibilities are endless and time are limited. That's the reason why i'm asking for scenes.

C4D handles are not fitting to the current concept of LV. It can be done by some custom ways as i do for info graphics, etc..

Hey guys,
I happen to work with a lot of layers and materials which are assigned to different layers.
Just one layer is active at the moment, but Octane still exports every single material in the scene. I ticked on "Ignore unused Materials" but it's probably just for materials that aren't used on any object, right?
Is there a way to limit the export to only "active" materials?
Or am i missing something?
Bests,
Lasse
