If WWDC2020 is still not ready, I think I will not pay attention to Octane for Metal anymore. Really very disappointing!

Guys, but this is just a reminder that everything on the part of WWDC is ready for the show. It does not mean that we can see any release of Octane X just another "preview" maybe. First of all it is not even sure if the driver and Metal updates are integrated in the upcoming update 10.15.6. What if we had to wait for the new 10.16 system? So much euphoria only turns into disappointment when there is no (beta,preview)release in time...

It's coming, we just have to be patient. I for one cannot wait to get back into Octane, but now with multiple GPUs. Add some stability and we'll really be cooking!

I really hope they release the beta in this presentation.

I'll take any information I can get – even if it's just another screenshot! But yes, announcing the open public beta would be great.

I've just been told from someone who has spoken to an Octane X developer that it will only run on the new Mac Pro and no other macs. Surely that can't be true?
