Why don't you use C4D solo button? I can't support magic solo. It works fine with native way.

Hi guys,
I'm working on somethings you'll love. That's to provide similar output for Octane materials/textures on C4D Standard Renderers. I hope that will be useful for doing preview/animatic renders on big scenes. See picture.
Also found that it's possible to provide alpha output in viewport. Hopefully will provide this on a few versions later.

This feature looks amazing! Very handy indeed for c4d to recognize the textures from Octane so we can preview using standard.

And I updated to R18 yesterday....number of problems with Octane for C4D = zero. Thank you Aoktar!

I use R18.020 Today.
R18 surpport vertex map & new vertex color.
We Need New SDK .....

You can change cashing option "Cashe on play" . It works

I'm currently moving all my .lib4d materials in to LocalDB so everything is in one place.
C4D would crash on me a ton with 3.02 during this process but this latest version seems to fix that. It works fine on most materials
but but sometimes it does not move textures with the material.
(I'm on R17 .048)

Cool, thanks! I was waiting for a XP update, didn't know about this workaround. So +1 for 17.053 (and 18.020).
