I mean in requirements, it's not written "R2024.2.0", and I've seen previously on a post that Maxon changed some stuff in the core that was working before in c4d2023 for octane.
To rephrase my question, do you recommend working with this version and 2024.2.0 for production ?
I don't recommend it, they are continually making changes and it may affect our plugin structure. It means there may be problems with our update/refresh mechanism of LV for example. Anyway you can use it and I don't suppose there will be critical problems. We can fix if you encounter some weird behaviors.

Mask with layer group AOV doesn't work until additional empty layer is not added. Please see attachments.

2024.2.0 and Octane 2023.1.2. strange Bloom behavior. Its "Overbloom". Any Workaround? Not the same as in LV.
Edit: switched back to an older Version, same thing. But i noticed: If i render in HD everytihng is ok, if output is 4k i get this overbloom. Strange.

Does this include RT HW acceleration for m3? If not, which version do I need or any estimate when this comes out?

You need 2024.1-Alpha2, but please note that it is a test version not ready for production:
