may be a issue my side but my stored local DB materials are all coming in now looking white (pearl) instead of metals.
Not sure if its to do with me messing about in Aces lately but it shouldnt make that difference surely? Win 10 2021.1.2 ? anyone else?

Smolak and miohn,
here's a fixed test build. Please check it for reset in OSL scripts and crypto+info passes issue. I'll put it to download if it's fixed that.

Copying OSL nodes and materials with texture strings works perfectly now. Thank you very much for you work and fast update !

it was not an issue just for string parameter. It was happening with all params when you have external osl script and select after copy/paste. I've removed the reset code in case.

This is why I ask to remove "reset" and make only "compile". Unfortunately there is no way in OSL script to make it different than string="". The best is to make texture node connected to input - but I dont know how to do that because string not generate input for external node.

Hi Ahmet,
have not tested lots of my scenes yet, but for now it seams, that there are no longer
Passes missing in final Render!
Thanks very much for that fast correction!
My strange behavior with denoised passes is still there. But its a bit complicated:
- when I first add only denoised AOVs and have the denoiser in the camera tab off = no denoised passes
- when I then turn on denoiser in cam tab = all denoised passes are there
- when I turn the denoiser in cam tab off again = no denoised passes again
- when I turn the denoiser in cam tab off again, but add the non-denoised AOVs = all denoised passes are there again (even if denoiser turn off in cam tab)
But thats no more a big issue ! I just should not forget to turn on the denoiser in cam tab before hitting the render button!
Thanks
Mike

Miohn,
you cannot get denoised passes without activating the denoising from Camera Imager.

More than likely, you have the Denoiser enabled In Octane Settings > Camera Imager > Denoiser tab > Enable Denoising.
