I just purchased the new RNDR Enterprise subscription ,
but i don't know where I can download it ,its not listed in the download section??
my current subscription is 20.20.1.5 , plugin: C4d

I'm interested in the Enterprise Subscription Annual "Black Friday" subscription 19.95 €/month* (Billed yearly). Yet, during the check out process the total is 299€. That's strange. Did anyone else encounter this problem?

Is it possible to pay at once? Not Monthly but with one payment for the whole year?

To be honest, I don't really care about either Embergen or World Creator, but I would like to try the 2021 preview, I am a subscriber and I also signed up for the Beta (I think)

You can download 2020.2 RC3 Standalone here:

Unfortunately, for now there are no DCC versions of 2020.2

RNDR+ is a type of licenses, not a different version, basically it is an Enterprise license with steroids
If you already owned an Enterprise license, you don’t need to download a different version.
If you owned a Studio license, you need to select the Enterprise license in the Downloads section to find the correct version for the new license:

Hi,

I've written to support but haven't received an answer yet and I'm starting to worry I'm going to miss the BF discount, so I'm going to post my questions here as well.

I bought a perpetual licence in 2018, then upgraded it along with annual maintenance December last year for 350eur. So I have a perpetual licence for Octane 2020. So here's my questions I can't find answers to:

1. Do I need to purchase 12 Month Extension now to be able to purchase the next upgrade later?
2. If so, I remember reading last year that by purchasing the previous upgrade, the next one will be cheaper. Will that be the case?
3. Will the Annual Maintenance provide access to EmberGen, World Creator and Render Cloud?

I'd be very grateful for clearing that out for me.

Guys, I really don't get why you can't sit down one month before BF and figure out a user friendly system. I have a paid Enterprise Sub (the highest availaible Sub last year) til 25.12.2020. Now you introduce a new Sub with great value but there is no easy way to just continue using the software, pay a little more and get the new stuff. I just tried to buy the RNDR+ Sub via credit card and first I got the error message that an ongoing paypal transaction prevented this. Now it tells me my card is declined. -.-

Why no simple button inside my subscription section which says "continue" and "upgrade with RNDR+"?!

The compensation of overlapping months with tokens is nice, but we don't use RNDR until its integrated in the c4d plugin. So its pretty useless and not very customer friendly.

I already wrote to the support and really hope to get the BF discount despite I probably can't pay today.

I just wanted to let you know how frustrating the whole system is and I really thought that Otoy changed things after last years huge disaster. So PLEASE let a small team of UX and UI designers work this stuff out.
