You are right, the hydra plugin isn’t in the public downloads section, still locked to closed beta. Will fix that’s ASAP!

Sorry the timezones on the forum makes it really hard to figure out how long ago this was posted, but has this been fixed? and what exactly is the public download section? is it in the release forum section of the houdini section, or is it meant to show up under the big downloads tab in the menu? anyway, would be great to get a confirmation once this is fixed and or a link. thanks

They fixed it. Go to the download section and download it from there.

Haven't really used Solaris much and after a quick test i've noticed that light linker is not working.

I've tried to configure it via a package json file like octane, REdshift and all my plugins it can't load solaris plugin, I give up ...

There is an Installation.txt inside the folder with instructions how to install. Its pretty straightforward.

Your path is not correct. There are two paths that you need to set in both PATH and HOUDINI_PATH
PATH = "
/path/to/main_octane_plugin\bin;/path/to/OctaneHydraSolarisEnterprise\bin;$PATH
HOUDINI_PATH = "
/path/to/main_octane_plugin;
/path/to/OctaneHydraSolarisEnterprise;&"
Black is the path to Octane Plugin and red is the path to Solaris (the path you already set).
