Hello Paride,
I 'm having this issue too with the material editor.
Also I don't understand how to use the Spectron light I've seen in the Jules Urbach's presentation of Octane 2020.1 in 3ds Max 2020

Hi RemKa,
The issue with the material editor with texture type combo not fully visible comes from the Windows scale (Display settings, Scale and layout).
When set to 125%, as seems to be your case, there are incorrect size calculations.. Sorry about that.
That will be fixed in the next release.
In the meantime, you can use other scale (100%, 150 to 225 % seems to work), and maybe change your display resolution accordingly..
For the Spectron light, we'll try to have some samples / tutorials soon.
