in 4.02 version volume builder works incorrect, but it works.
if i add vdb loader the same thing happens.

I am also crashing when using either VDB loader or Volume Generator. Either I get a bugreport (no octane error) or will freeze forever and not respond.

I attached a zip with both the bugreport, scene file, and vdb file I am trying to load (though again it also crashes as soon as I create an octane volume generator object also).

This same scene works fine my previous octane version 4.0.2.1

-> failed to deallocate device memory

I can't even get this to load up in c4d. Prev version has expired.
Any thought.. i did have 2 plugin folders but neither one worked.

I do it by myself. What's the problem with having test builds. You don't have to give feedbacks.

Got instant crashes using X-particles with this version. RC4 works fine. can anyone confirm?

yes, R6.1 constantly freezes C4D 20.057 on particles, VDB.

this is a very unstable release.

You need to downgrade to CUDA 410.130:
