Long time I haven't posted anything, so here it goes; (part of) my current WIP for the Apocalypse competition. Everything is still in early stages, I still have a lot to create. As you can see, the topic will be military / warfare, basically a spetznaz soldier with realistic gear.

The current wip is focused on the ZSH-1-2M helmet used by Russian MVD. Mounted on a "manequin" which I use to model gear around it (the manequin is made with Make human, everything else modeled in Blender). The modeling is still not 100% done, as aren't the materials. The scene I plan will be really heavy, so I''ll have to do a lot of optimization / compromises to squeeze it in less than 2GB. Tomorrow my new comp arrives, so I'll be finaly able to do hi-res sculpting without looking at 5fps slideshow... :D
