Thank you, can't wait, 16.504 is quite buggy, especially with simulations.
Octane 3.06 seems to be really stable for a test version though.

Just one little question : is it normal that materials for volumes should be set up a sop level (when using the medium port of a shader) ?
The object render material tab is useless in that case.

Weird, I'm always working with the volume material set at OBJ level without problems so far. Can you send me a sample scene with this problem to test it here?

Hi,

Check the releases subforum. The latest builds are always available there. This build has not been updated in the customer's download page because it is a test build.

Juanjo your image is not H16 right ?
We don't have the material tab anymore, it is embedded in the render tab.

Yes, it is an H15.5 capture, but in H16 the parameter has the same name, and it seems to work fine.

So if I buy the Houdini plugin it will work in H16 correct? Because on the purchase page it only says 15.5

Yes, the latest 3.06 plugin builds are compatible with H16.
